for like the past month+, my left, lower eyelid has been twitching
itll stop, but it comes back everyday for at least a few hours...
its driving me nuts...
any idea whats causing this... and why its been doin it for so long?

i cant say, but i too get it sometimes, but it goes away fairly quickly in my case and stays away for quite some time, but its hella annoying when its twitching

muscle spasms can be caused by many things, especially diet. You get muscle cramps more frequently when you lack Potassium in your diet.

I've had the same problem at times, and I was told it was probably due to lack of potassium. It's weird, though, it's just really uncomfortable to have your eyelid twitch constantly..
