since when is pop universally a bad thing? All pop is is popular, and there has been, and is some good pop music around... the majority of it sucks, but music doesn't suck just because it's pop... The Beatles were excellent!!! I'm not a huge fan, but come on, they were the top band among critics, and were the top selling band... |

its one thing to state an opinion like "i didnt find the beatles asteticaly pleasing..." but to say they have no meaning, soul or talent is just a dumb statement. especially for someone who likes electronic music... they were some of the first people to experiment with studio techniques, and the like. They have had a big influence on modern music |
