fucking rocks i just found thier cd today. Ive been looking, and couldnt find it any where. Then i was looking at borders today (it hasnt been there the last 2 times, but i always check) and it was there. I got vocal studies, and 92 vs 02 it fucking rocks greatness |

ok, just finished listeninh to both... goin back again for another listen... not a big fan of the ones with actual rapping on it... i just dont like rapping... but the others are amazing. |

yeah I'm not a big fan of the rapping either, which is a shame because I love hip-hop music, like the beats and all... I have the new Anti-Pop Consortium album, and it's cool... the music and beats are great, and I guess the rapping is as well, but I just don't like rap I guess... that's partly why I love DJ Shadow, he's got the big fat beats, but no rap!! |

heheh, one of my friends thought Dj Shadow was gonna be all rapping and stuff. I think "Right Thing" off of Private Press is the new-wave form of rapping ;-) |

I've thought about that comment about hiphop makes you feel like a badass... Basically my idea was that some music, mostly ones with lyrics, were created to teach some way to go through life, or some world view or something. This accompanied by the beat, and the lyrics set permanently in time, make the worldview seem like the "right" one. so my plan was to make ludicrous ways to go through life/worldviews and... uh, preach, thereby confusing everybody and stuff or something. and stuffamastuff |

Prefuse73 is pretty cool..gets a bit repetitive but very entertaining..delarosa+asora is a different kettle of finsh though..very cool and sophisticated... |

thats probably what all the IDM artists think... just without lyrics... but think about it... we listen to , and praise music, that most people find horrid noise :) |
