I'd definitely say Mr. Domino for the PS, an amazing game,
but so damn stressful, the only thing that kept me going
years ago was ginger snaps with that game..how about you
guys?

i don't find frustrating games addictive at all; it's justly
because some games are frustrating that i stop playing to
them...

the most annoying computer game i have played was this
arcade machine in this club you had to cycle this flying
bike thing, it was a good game with quality graphics (even
the machine had pedals and handlebars and fans to blow wind
in your face) at the time though i was so pilled up that i
didnt realise what a complete tit i must have looked piling
cash into this wierd cycling machine gurning my knackers
off!"

i played a demo of the game once, it was quite a joy, but i
could never work up the strength to purchase the full game.

counter strike
no question.
i have been playing this game at least 10 hours a week for
over 2 years. I have deleted it from my machine 2 times but
somehow it always makes it back on. i have never played any
other game so obsessively.

I know I am crap at gaming but I got stuck on a level on The
Fifth Element (i know I know I have no taste when it comes
to gaming) and me/Leeloo kept getting runover by this train
no matter how hard I tired I just couldnt get past..pissed
the heck out of me..drove me screaming mad and put me off
gaming for life...

Wolfenstein is the coolest most addictive game I have ever
played..

I've been addicted to several games in my career as a game
nerd. :)

I was addicted to Diablo 1 when it first came out for over a
year, that was my fav game/all I played. I was addicted to
DiabloII for a while, I was addicted to Rollercoaster Tycoon
for about 6 months, I was addicted to Team Fortress Classic
for Half life for about a year, I was addicted to Day of
Defeat for Halflife for about 6 months (till it got deleted
=*/).. Lets see... I was addicted to an online RPG called
Nexus (still kinda am)... And now I guess I'm not really
addicted to any specific games, but I'm still addicted to
the RPG genre.

Most frustrating game ever? Really couldnt tell ya, every
time I got to a ridiculously frustrating game I just stopped
playing it and forgot about it, so there you have it. :)

Age of Empires 2. This game pretty much wrecked one of my
university years. I didnt do any work at all, jsut played
this bloody game. I cared more about getting my rating on
the msn gaming zone over 2000 than I did about passing my
courses. I finally had to break the cd because I was having
trouble living a normal life, I was completely obsessed. I
would play that bastard game for at least 6 hours every week
day and 12+ hours on sat, sunday. What a disaster. That game
really f**ked my life up.

Frustrating= the impossible "castle quest" for nes, it's the
flawed design that made it frustrating. It comes with a map
of the whole dungeon and an arrow pointing the correct path
to take. The problem is that it would take a year to beat it
and you can't save... also the kings quests because you have
to type in commands... "that does not compute" or some
similar phrase is it's usual response to anyting you write.
