I bought this album today... and i already love it so much
after 2 listens! Actually this is also the first time i
bought anything by the squarepusher... i chose this one
because it has such a weird cover ;-) But I also listened to
it in the store though. And there with that greasy
record-store-headphone on, i was already starting to grin
because the music was so great!

When I went back to the counter to purchase it, i got into a
conversation with the guy behind the counter, who turned out
to be a huge fan. He said i MUST buy Go Plastic next, if i
liked this i will love that one (were his words).

mmm... i'm so excited right now, listening to the album
again... tom jenkinson is surely a genius! Of course it's
way too soon to tell, but right now I easily like this album
better than anything by aphex twin.

I also bought plaid's p-brane EP, but i haven't even
listened to it yet ;-) All i wanna hear is squaerepusher! (i
must say though, 'diddymousedid' is one of the most amusing
songtitles i've ever read, such a funny cute little word).

they didn't have feed me weird things. Go Plastic would be
avaiable again sometime next week (it was actually sold out!
From Plato in leiden that is). The other releases they had
were music is rotted... maximum priest & burningn' tree.
I like how music is rotted one note had a track on it called
"don't go plastic" ;-)

"music is rotted one note" is a bit different from his other
work, it features live drumming and sounds really jazzy and
drug influenced.

a bit heavier, like Miles Davis' heavier druggy work... but
the album also has some lighter moments(Chunk S, My Sound)
