He's not talking about the goa-trance astral projection, I
think he's talking about the actual experience of an astral

And no, I can't honestly say that I've experienced either,
although on psychadelics I've felt things close to

Don't mind the folks, don't like the blindness. I have yet
to meet a genuinely skeptical New-Ager. The get their
answers before they ask their questions...(I may be
generalizing somewhat...)
