good idea, but i modestly don't think so unless we can all arrange good times to come together as a group and chat, y'know? either that or it becomes kind of a more real-time, glorified message board... chat should be real-time as it stands but let's not let this get out of hand :) my humble opinion on the matter. |

I agree. Persoanlised chatrooms are only good when an artist has too many underage fans who aren't old enough to leave their homes after dark. When you get to RD James music the fans base is so wide that you can never commune a large enough group of them. Message boards are best. Goodbye until Hello. |

xtas, where exactly in the Ukraine are you? i've always heard it's an interesting place to visit. if enough of us clamor for chat and can gather on time for regularly scheduled "theme" chats and stuff, that would be wonderful. but let's get this message board going first to see how much demand there is for it... chat, that is. anyone else with an opinion? |

I think a chat room would be a good idea, or even just an IM feature would be cool. An easier option would be to make Soul Seek compulsory, but I don't think that's possible. |

i remember the 'experimental java chat' thread from tunemx and i wondered if it did develop to something. Are there any plans for a chat room? Personally, on the one hand it will be good against all those lousy threads on the board, but on the other hand also usefull information isn't logged and can't be searched for anymore. So i don't know what's best. |
