i didnt think this was possible.

i know you can go midi to anything, but not anything -
midi.

oh well.

cool edit doesn't recognise the MIDI format -- scour the net
- i once found a VERY effective freeware program, but that
was my old hard-drive :| and i've never been able to find it
again :(
