Yes, I need help on how to find a nice kind of Virtual dj software to mix in realtime using my computer.... Anyone??? Maybe some suggestions??? Everything will be greatly appreciated... Thanx..........=) |

Traktor seems to me the MP3 Djs software of choice.... by Native Instruments, the same prodcuers of Reaktor.... Aphex uses it....and you can get real creative with it also... I'll find a link for you.... |

Vamp...yeah, I just installed it as it looks pretty cool...lets you mix MP3s (I just had a couple of copies of Q-CHastic mxing & it was great fun..)... Give it a go...it's free and the interface is very easy.... Pity the scratching isn't up to much but thats just a minor thing.... Also, check out the WinAmp home page...there are some DJ tools in there for Winamp, including mixing them... You really need 2 soundcards or outputs to mix on a PC....one for Monitoring & the other for the mix but some software lets you route them into one output Left & Right (not a bad solution as a lot of sound systems have very poor stereo anyway....)... |

I will definitely give it a try...Now I'm tired so I will have enough experimentation,not only for the weekend but the whole month,really want to get into this over here,it'll be more like a hobby really but,hey,if I can get a little money here and there won't hurt right.....
