What the fuck is up with Soulseek. I used the update that was in the old Soulseek thread and it got Soulseek up and running, but now suddenly Soulseek doesn't work again... Anyone else have this problemo? |

that patch was only to be used while they had problems with that IP or server whatever, so it was a temp. thing. You cant uninstall the patch, so you'll have to uninstall soulseek and reinstall it again. (with out the patch) you wont lose anything. it works fine! |

*bump* is soulseek down again, people? (it is for me) it says it cant retrieve info (from soulseek.org i presume) anyone else haveing a prob right now? (ps: u people who complain about redundant topics should all be proud of me for finding this old one instead of starting a whole new one!) |

Just open Winmx up and click on Opennap protocol networks (kind of to the right of the screen), and there will be a bunch of options, like Add, Edit and Remove. Click on Add and put in the info Whale gave you. After that... I can't remember... :-/ |

If you are having problems with winmx and the opennap server, you could try another client listed in the thread that Ophecks posted. Configuring winmx is not easiest thing in the world but you should only have to do it once ... I can try to help also but I do not have a copy of winmx handy. |
