Hey...

I'm new.

I'm kinda new to electronic music too. I find it fresh and
interesting, while the rock scene has started to bore me
over the years (though I'll never not love rock). By posting
here, I hope to expand my horizons and alleviate some
boredom while I'm at it.

I like Plaid, 'In Sides', Aphex Twin, BOC, Starcraft, Jello
Jigglers, The Cosby Show, toys, games, The Simpsons... all
sorts of stuff. Cool stuff.

Asche XL is my partner in crime (where crime equals driving
around and listening to the Mortal Kombat theme song).

I plan on throwing my ignorance in your faces, only to be
beat down. That's the best way to learn about anything,
right?

lol, welcome to the board

yes the rock scene has been especially stale recently.....
since like 1969, heh

naw i really like SOME rock.. i think a lot of people into
this WERE into more popular rock, and got bored (me)

........ i know what u mean about electronic music being
more 'fresh'
if u think about it.. its something new to explore, and the
music itself is usually much more interesting

anyways, yes people here love giving advice on what to
listen to next.... that sort of thing
so uve come to the right place if u want to learn about
electronic music

hiya bean...welcome to the board...

if you wanna check out all sorts of electronic music, then
http://www.soulseek.org is a good way of browsing thru stuff &
finding what you like; you should be able to find anything
that people recommend here... it's a pretty small audience
for some of this stuff so if you download & listen a lot to
something, it's good to buy the CD & support the artist...
