I love Blackbird... the only bad thing is it's so short... A
Day in the Life is great, and so is Here Comes the Sun...
oh, and I also love all the sitar stuff by George
Harrison...

AND ACROSS THE UNIVERSE!!!

AND Eleanor Rigby.

Oh shit, this band... must go listen to Abbey Road.

I like their EARLY solo stuff, but the late 70's and 80's,
they all dropped off musically.

Early George stuff (All Things Must Pass) is Beatles
quality, and Plastic Ono Band is one of the best albums I've
ever heard, and early McCartney has a nice charming sound...
but he got TOO cheesy later on.

Plastic Ono Band is SO badass... I have to VIGOROUSLY
recommend it to anyone that doesn't know about it.

Raw badass soul bearing ASS KICKING by Lennon, recorded
right after the Beatles broke up. TEN TIMES better than
Imagine! (which is a great album too)

Changing the topic slightly, isn't Mark chapman due for
release?( He got 20 years,i believe) I seem to remember Yoko
saying that she didn't want him released ever(she thought
that he would be instantly killed in revenge).Ok ok this is
an Aphex board,i know.I'm going to bed now! }:>

There was a little court thing a while back, maybe a year
ago, and he's staying in jail. He'll be brutally murdered if
he ever gets out, for sure. So he may as well resign himself
to the fact that he's in there forever.

abbey road is the BEST album EVER recorded.
just shows that the much under appreciated paul mccartney is
just as/more talented than john lennon.
(abbey road was paul mccartney from beginning to end)
