the static is actually a short breakbeat that's distorted
to complete shit!!

it's basically sequenced like this, if it helps:

HIGH,
LOW,
HIGH-LOW-HIGH-LOW.
HIGH,
LOW,
HIGH-LOW.

easiest to tell during 2:50 or so to 4:00
