I just read every post on here and the following are my thoughts on the matter.... Okay first of all forget anything with Aphex Twin in it or any remotely associated with that. Now since most of us here like aphex twin ( i hope ) and since most are influenced by Aphex then Im sure that most of your music falls under the Braindance category, correct? and if so then lets name the compilation following that genre... for example... "Braindance Ethics" or something like that (I like that one personally) Another thing is each person should only be contributing one track... it wouldnt be right for 1 guy to turn in 3 tracks versus the other guy who only had 1 track for submission... So lets keep it simple (stupid:)) I know that there is enough people here that make music to fill up a cd and by only submitting one song a piece. Grafx we need to come together with an idea on grafx... I am very skilled with photoshop, illistrator, and numerous renderers. For example, here is the cover for my next single So I will be more than happy to contribute to the cause by making a cover and booklet. did I miss anything? |

ugh, i've just finished the track i'm going to upload, but i can't connect to the ftp site...it worked fine last night, but now it won't connect through either internet explorer or cuteftp...any ideas? |

Most of the people here make 2 types of music,.. ambient and IDM,.. so maybe we should release a cd for each,.. and a remix cd as suggested earlier,.. |

i agree, an ambient and idm would be a nice 2 cd set...but why would remixes pose a copyright problem? if we are only remixing each others songs, and their are no copyrighted samples within, their should be no problem, or am i missing something? |

Is it possible for the guys who burn that cd to download a track made by me(Traxinspace/wizard mac) and then put it on The Cd, because (here we go again) I haven't got my own internetconnection and right now I'm not able to send my track via e-mail?
