Back in the dayz I always watched this show on mtv,......I used 2 tape all episodes 2 cassette,...so I could listen 2 my favorite shows over and over again. Nowadayz I use these tapes as a sample-rescource,..as Ed & Dre were mad. All the nonsense squabling + accapella freestyle interludes make some excellent samples. Now ,reason for this post,.is that I'm in search for some missing shows in my collection. Especially the Fab Five Freddy show ,.where they had this big ass freestyle competition/showdown with everybody that was somebody in Hip Hop. From the likes of Rakim ,Krs 1, erick Sermon to then newbies methodman ,redman etc etc. Does anyone have this particular show in audio format (mp3) or knows where I can find audio of the shows? Thnx! |

YO my man Jonas!!!!! I LOVED THOSE SHOWS BACK IN THE DAYS!!! I was a mad wu tang fan back in 92-95 so I mostly taped Wu tang stuff like when Raekwon, Ghostface and MEth were the hosts I recorded it... I got some other ones too like when Busta was a host, Nas etc I would love to see those old ones!!! Can we trade?? MAybe u can make them into AVI? |

wassup smut-king??(hehe) well I have them taped 2 cassestte not videotape :-( And I have a lot of cassetes,..2 convert them all 2 mp3z would b 2 time consuming. So I'll pass on the sharing bit,....I just need that 1 show with all the freestyles. |
