maybe you have to much time on ur hands?

offer us more proof, so that we who have this same amount of
free time can investigate it for ourselves.

it would be interesting if he signed under that name before
astrobotnia was mentioned at the rephlex-site; on the other
hand this wouldn't prove anything

would it not be asking for too much attention to use an
anagram as login-name if it was Astrobotnia?

...it's still an anagram in an aphex kinda way...

i have no proof at all, i'm just curious;
the name, the deep-inside-rephlex-knowledge, the aggresive
reaction towards a guy who called pt.1 'crap',...
he also does not like filesharing for killing the labels and
so on;
of course there could be other explanations

i have no idea, but i doubt, cause if it's him than this
would have been a too obvious hint and if not, well, than he
could not have known

if he did post before reflex started advertising, then
that'd raise a ton of questions.

heffe you thick fucker - you obviously keep your brains in
that finger you are pointing .. :)
i 'm 27 years old and have been into electronic music for 14
years, i am part of the generation that established this
kind of music by buying 12 inches and going to clubs - i
work as well and wouldn't want anyone ripping me off i n the
same way file sharers don't share with the artists...,
the tiny labels i lie are in a fragile situation due to this
..
i'm part of the generation that set this shit up and i don't
want to see it torn down by a bunch of banies who need
instant gratification by basically stealing - besides i
know what fun it is to dig the crates and find stuff out -
give actual support by organsing to dj telling people about
the musi c etc
astrid gil botn is from astrid gilberto a brazilian singer
- i've also no idea who core is..
my taste in music is my taste in music . i think astrobotnia
is really good -

I agree with you over some of what you've said, mate...I'm
from the same generation...

but tiny labels have always come & gone, we both know
that...and I don't see how MP3s have affected that at all;
probably the other way around, it's been very useful
exposure...the simple fact is we are in a transition period,
and labels simply haven't got their heads around this new
digital world yet...like every other industry it's gotta
learn to evolve and change with the times...

check the filesharing is dying thread and lets talk in
there...

Yup, I find it funny how Ulrich Shcnauss found fame through
file sharing and yet asked for his stuff to be taken off
SS...

Now I have a copy of Portishead - Dummy on LP, I can
honestly say I have no Mp3s of stuff I would buy if the mp3s
weren't available (aside from stuff I'm still looking for a
copy off).

Did a quick tally the other night and I've bought at
least
40 releases (some albums, somne eps, some singles)
after hearing them on mp3 first...

mp3 sharing is the reason addict records no longer makes cds
anymore
