Hmm it's not madness it's interesting. . . although I don't
think a concept like that will ever actually be in existence
as anything other than a prototype design or something.

The point is: there is no point!!! Why the hell would one
create a floating city anyway? Sheer ridiculousness!

oh yeah, isn't it grand? This was in Popular Mechanics a
good few years ago.

There was also an article in the USA Today about a month ago
about a similar but smaller ship that is about to set sail
on a continuouse circumnavigation of the world. You can
live there and such.

This one is its own city though, with airport on the top
deck. w00t

it's for the future when the population becomes too large...

no kidding. that thing is going to tip over the minute it
hits the water. if that thing hits an iceburg...THEY'RE
ALL GOING TO DIE IN THEIR HOMES...think about that....not a
