although its about 5 times as expensive, i used autocad in school, and dont miss it for 1 second

it's done with a 3d software, like MAYA or LIGHTWAVES, etc. it could be doen in photoshop, but you'd be likely to get CTS!

I love the cover too. I also like their sense of humor with such lines as:
"Mechanically reclaimed by Autechre"
and
"Pleasure is our business" (Inc.)
oh yeah and also
"Incomplete without surface noise" (Tri. Rep.)
I hope they come out with more

I just hope Autechre's new US releases have the same packaging as the UK ones, now that they have a new distributor. I'm tired of all the artwork butchering of the past.

yea it can be their best cover... confield artwork is great but I dont like the white frame, I would have prefered that the image covered the whole space.
envane and chiastic slide are great covers too.
amber is beautifull

i would think it should... now that warp has offices in the states...ae doesnt have to release stuff on an american label (nothing) notice how squarepusher, plaid, and ae's newest releases arent released on nothing (whereas between 97 and 2000 they were)
