Ok, does anyone like her?

I'm not a really big fan, but she does have some nice
stuff... I own one album, Shepard Moons, and the title
track, Carribean Blue, and Book of Days are each great
songs!!

ok, now bring on the insults!!! :)

original...

Enya can provide some of the best vocal samples!

whoa, I'm listening to a version of Only Time that has
snippets of media coverage from the world trade center
bombings mixed in... really effective I must say...

I was buyinhg enya cds just because there was that
Lothlorien song a long time ago when homo sapiens had 14.4
modems.

I know each song you mentioned.

I think enya is pretty good, my favorite songs are carribean
blue and orinoco flow, which both rock. There's probably
some other good stuff by her, and by the same token I seem
to remember hearing some stuff of hers that was shite.

also listening to those tracks is very nostalgic for me
because my dad loves enya... so when I was a kid I heard it
a lot.... maybe that's why I'm so screwed up now?

though!

On a slightly different note:
I think Enya's contribution to LOTR is far more appropriate
than that cheesy Annie Lennox song that came with the
equally cheesy end credits of LOTR:ROTK.

yeah, I always thought Annie Lennox was the weakest out of
all the singers in LotR. Enya was the best, then Emiliana
Torrini.
