I just saw this movie in the seattle film festival. it is
a japanese horror/thriller about a small town in japan
cursed by spirals. If you are into japanese horror and gore,
i highly recomend you see this if it comes to your town.

i haven't seen the movie but the manga is excelent, maybe
the best manga i've read. It's definately worth buying and
from reviews i've read better than the anime.

the movie is actually live action not anime. Not having
read the manga, i thought the movie was really very good.
kinda campy, very funny, creatively gorey. i don't know how
a person who is familiar with the manga would appreciate it,
but as a film, it stands up well on its own.

excellent manga yeah i agree!!! great story great style!

just finished "HARUKANA MACHI-E" by TANIGUCHI jiro wich was
very good also and that i recommend.

i love TSUGE yoshiharo as well , worth a check.
