our school has a huge arch department, and there was an  article in the paper how those kids spend 12-15 hours a day  in studio!!

  lack of sleep is an UNDERstatement more like NO SLEEP AT ALL  FOR DAYS......i think i've been up for like 48  hours......and it wasn't PRETTY. those studios become like  second homes......

.....omg, really, we called it arquitortura, which  translates exactly into architorture....i remember one time  me and a friend, for a final stayed up for 3 days(and  nights) in a row, sleeping in shifts of 15 minutes every  four hours.....by the end of the third day i could hardly  speak......
 
  as Nacmat said, it´s awesome to findout the similarities in  such different places such as spain, u.s. and my little  country.

yep, i used to get the feeling that people looked at me like  a freak that wasted my time drawing, taking pictures and  building models, but once they get to know your actual work  they´re like ..."ohhh,,i like zees, how on earth did you do  that.." i like the look on their faces at that little  moment, i feel appreciated and usefull.  And by the time i  started working ze repect is back for ze  wee_one!...hehehehhe
