For the last couple of weeks I havent been able to stop
listening to Feed Me Wierd Things. This album inspires me
totally. I'm already planning to jack up my bass-guitar on
some new tracks i made.

....Squarepusher jazzy funky shit!

I really dig the super-deep bass tones

i like feed me weird things because it wasn't one of
squarepushers more complicated albums. it wasn't like go
spastic where you have like 200,000,000,000 bpms instead it
was like some nice simple drum n' bass beat with some kick
ass bass in the backround and some nice jazz cords playing
too. awsome album.

yes Tundra does kick ass. Tundra and Squarepusher Theme is
what got me hooked on Squarepusher.

Great to know that you too Junktion are into "Feed me weird
things",personally think is TomJ's best cd so far, even
though if you like Sp's freejazz at its best dig into "Music
is rotted one note", he does excellent real bass playing,is
a killer cd to dig into TJ's real roots...:)

yeah. That album is much more pure juices of TJ's mind. I
listen to it every day at work....

He's too insane and manic now, not enough jazz stuff, not
enough prettiness. Go Plastic is awesome, but it's too
chaotic. There's no Tunra or Beep Street or UFOs Over
Leytonstone, nice sounding stuff.

This is it Junktion,I'm with you 100%...I just hope he will
reappear very soon, because I have his Untitled lp single and
it is such an excellent piece of music....

I saw GO Plastic at the store today, and was going to buy it
as I own no Squarepusher and have heard maybe two or three
songs by him... but I've read here that it's not the best to
start with, and plus I spend to much on cds anyways... so
yeah, I didn't get it...

Yeah Junktion, all geniouses of music always have some kind
of weird silly/funny composition...Their mind are so into
too many things in life that they can't just concentrate in
one thing, wich is kool for me.....:) Love a lot what RDJ and
TJ does.....

The_Funkmaster,don't start with GoPlastic it's not a good
start for Squarepusher...Start with "Feed me weird things"
then if you want to dig more into his real jazzy roots, then
move to "Music is rotted one note".....:)

you should check out Feed Me.. I didnt know Squarepusher
besides "Come on my selector" (which is still Phat IMO),
then I heard Squarepusher Theme that really shows what Tom
an do with a bass. His sound on that album is wicked. It's
like he doesnt care if the bass came through a
bass-amplifier or a couple of cheap headphones. It all just
sounds jazzy

yeah, Squarepusher Theme is nice... I have heard that one...
Feed Me Weird Things would be the album I'd get, but I have
never seen it around here... the only two I've seen are
Music is Rotted One Note (and not for a while), and Go
Plastic today...
