Favorite song from Endtroducing?

What is it?

I think track 2 is mine... the piano parts, and choir parts,
and everything is just perfect... Midnight in a Perfect
World, and Changeling are pretty damn close... also, What
Does Your Sould Look Like, both parts, are very nice...

Stem/Long Stem is my favorite track from that album, one of
the first electronic tracks I'd ever heard, too. Not very
familiar with the rest, I'm into things that are that
''hip-hop''.

Building steam with a grain of salt certainly, after the
intro, that is one of my favorite ways any cd starts for
me.."producing.."..I really like the whole conclusion of
napalm/scatter brain a lot too

hmmm really? I like that song, but it's probably my least
favorite... the percussion is just way too weird... it
sounds like this lame punk beat... then towards the end it
plays parts from two of the later songs on the album... I
dunno, it just kinda annoys me... it's still pretty good
though...

I'm NOT into things that are that ''hip hop'', I meant...
arg, I can't stand typos, god dammit! Arg!

Yeah, I've barely heard anything from that album, I'm just a
lot more familiar with that track. I should give it a
listen... I've heard bits and pieces of all the tracks but
never really gave it a proper straigtforward listen.

midnight in a perfect world and the number song are my
faves.

Although the best ever DJ shadow track has to be high noon.
Easy.

yeah, I'm not usually into hip-hop either... but it's really
just rap, and I thought that hip-hop was rap... this album
however is pretty fantastic, and if it's considered hip-hop
well I guess I like hip-hop...

high noon is phenomenal..funkmaster, ever heard the deltron
3030 song "3030"? that's a good piece of hiphop, with a nice
orchestral backing

thanks funkmaster, i'm actually somewhat sure you may enjoy

used to hearing :)

My favourite has changed so many times, but in the end
nothing tops the raw beats, soft melody and nonsensical
mumblings of Mutual Slump.

rap is the bastard step-son of hiphop. rap is the aqua of
dance music. rap is the (insert electronic artist that you
hate here) of electronic music.

building steam with a grain of salt by a clear
margin.

other than that, midnight in a perfect world is
definitely a good'un. haven't listened to this reckord in
ages.. will have to give it a spin, refresh my
memory.
oh (from memory), what does your soul look like (part 1)
(blue sky revisit)
(the one at the end of the album) is
lush.. one of shadow's best pieces.

of the material from entroducing.

doesn't click

midnight in a prefect world & track 2...
(the whole "what does your soul look like" ep is better
listening experience, though)

rap music sucks, long live hiphop!

this is one album when i can honestly say:
there are too many good tracks to pick a favourite

but if you're really asking:
building steam with a grain of salt

Well I replied to the Shadow thread (seeing him again on 9th
Dec, hope he plays some old stuff... last times I saw him it
was before Private Press was released so I still got a lot
of old stuff) but... hmm... best track off ...Endtroducing?
There's been so many faves, but I'll go with Building Steam
With a Grain of Salt. Or Mutual Slump. Or Organ Donor. Etc.
