When I re-read that joyrex article, I think they just meant that it was commercial in the sense that it is going to be the most ADVERTISED thing he's ever done, not the most CONVENTIONAL. Whew... |

I dunno . . . I reckon they do mean commercial as in accessible, but that may be no bad thing . . . I think that the LP's going to have RDJ singing all over it, and vocals can make otherwise obscure stuff accessible to people who would normally ignore it. Look at Come To Daddy - that wouldn't have been the minor 'crossover' hit it was without the singing/shouty bits. |
