i dont know but i really like the last track, "plaistow flex

So far the first song, I wasn't too wild about the album,
but I only listened to it about once. Hopefully it will get
better with time (confield sure did- track 6 is now regarded
as genius by the M board of musical taste). It's better than
selection 16 at least. But the 2nd song from sel 16 belongs
on go plastic.

He didn't do the "analogue" sounds correctly. He'd have fast
percussion and then the analogue autechreish sounds glued
together messily, uncoherently. I think I'll listen to that
album tonight (and fall asleep after 2 songs like I usually
do).

what do you prefer, the album version of my red hot car, or
the girl version?

Aron? from Canada on 2001-07-15 09:41 [#00015169]

I actully like the girl version more.

Actually for those who dont know, theres a track on "Music
is rotter one note" thats called "Dont go plastic"...

i think this is because Music is rotted.... has a wery live
real acostic sound, while plastic is more synthetic.

My Red Hot Car (Girl)

is amazing.

I like I Wish You Could Talk and Plaistow Flex Out best.
Though I haven't properly listened to it enough yet.
I prefer the album version of My Red Hot Car.. the girl
version is very good but sounds too much like normal
garage... not good.

Why do you guys rip selection 16? I think their are some
really good tunes on there like 1-5 are completely bad.

If every song on that album (sel. 16) were a color, they'd
all be brown.... or all grey. He accidently spilled coffee
all over his work but decided to release it, as a joke or
something. I think the coffee missed most of track 2. (IMO)

It crossed the boundry from intelligent information overload
speed into boring pointless repetition.

week. I'm winning! heh heh heh. That was my honest opinion
though. Don't make me call up duck paste man to kick your
ass`

Sorry, I didn't realise that the "paste" and the "man" were
supposed to be fused into one word "pasteman". Yes sir,
chicken pasteman!!

Well, selection 16 is a shit load better than maximum priest
ep, in my opinion of course.

pantyman from inside on 2001-07-16 23:35 [#00015611]

"men theme" from the picture disc was easily best

m....MwMw wwW(m M m)Www wMwM....m on 2001-07-17 07:44 [#00015701]

That's weird, I thought maximum priest was probably one of
his best works, though a completely different style from
most of his other works (not fast copy and paste). I think
this was when he was semi-offended from some interviewer's
remark "sometimes less is more" (referring to the psychotic
debris packed so densly in time in big loada). He did just
that, but he really concentrated on the quality of the
sounds this time. And the melody of the first song is long
and nice.
