I am getting a little bit bored of this idm stuff, all the
techno sub-gnres or traditional rock are a little bit
obsolete- I think in the future there will be two kinds of
interesting and modern music:
1.idmish pop/rock- something like lali puna thing or hood
newest stuff maybe
2.elecronic hiphop- i am not thinking of timbland or nerd(it
is impressive but they 're using mainly d'n'b tricks or
something) but i find apc or new flesh stuff quiet modern.
Discuss...

heh. I think we'll end up listening to noise, like merzbow
and aube.
except it'll be chopped up (like glitch) and have vocals -
but the vocals will be seriously fucked up, like how rap
vocals were "fucked up" compared to singing, but this will
be even more fucked up. like really fucked up.

or maybe I won't mak [sincere] predictions, as their
only real use is for the sake of novelty.

I think stuff like Sigur Ros, Godspeed You Black Emperor(and
the spin-off bands), Boredoms, and some others all sound way
ahead of thier time or timeless...

i agree with You Aladorn- godspeed or sigur are far ahead
before minstream "rock" monsters but thy're not creating a
new quality- only the mix of oldschool alt-rock influences+
a lot of emotions. i think hood is makin smth new- they're
working with avant-hiphoppers from ccloudead and using new
electronica patents. they're quiete near to radiohd
