Del is class, and, even if I don't really care for Gorillaz, I have to say that it's a proof that Automator can fart out hits without even thinking about it. If all commercial, MTV, massmarket stuff was like Gorillaz, well, world would be a better place. That said, i don't have any Gorillaz at home. |

I can't fail to have a cynical view of that Mockney tosspot Albarn. He's just released an album he recorded with artists in Mali. I reckon its just a cynical attempt to jump on the dubious genre of 'World music'. As for the Automator; he released an album of Bollywood music where he hyped up Shadow's minimal drum playing to shift a few extra copies. |
