animals on earth? :-)

yeah...i almost killed a cat last week...
i was prolly going a bit faster than i should've been going
and this big fat cat walked right onto the road in front of
me...i tried to stop as fast as i could..figuring he would
see me coming and run..but he didnt..and i could have sworn
i hit him...as i was right on top of him and heard a weird
screaching sound...but when my sister and i got out to check
he was gone...so he must have narrowly escaped...

It probably limped away to die. I want to start an Animal
Liberation Army to stop the senseless murder of these poor
creatures by irresponsible drivers. Sign up here to free the
animal kingdom.

I'm watching Jaws on TBS Superstation right now. And I have
to say, if you're going to run over an animal on the road,
make sure it's a shark! Cats and dogs don't eat people.

But a shark on the road is likely to already be dead...

That's what they WANT you to believe... next time you see a
big black fin going through the concrete, run him down! Stop
sharks and their man eating ways.

trouble)

Listen here Meho, those two "gay looking blokes" as you put
it are the mighty Kruder & Dorfmeister in a parody of the
Simon & Garfunkel album cover. Show some respect!

Ola, Korben, nice to see your face again (even if it's just
distorted squarepusher's mug, you are perhaps the only
person here never changing their avatar)...

Well, Baudrillard is all good but it all depends how hard
you wanna work. Obviously, you should first start with the
older stuff to be able to follow the evolution of his ideas
but some of it is rather forbidding and the newer stuff is
more accessible... However, here's my short list:

older stuff:

Political economy of the sign

Symbolical Interchange and Death
(very recommended!!)

middle period stuff:

Seduction

Simulations and Simulacra

Newer stuff:

Illusion of the End

Perfect Crime

Bear in mind that my translations of titles may be wrong
here and there...

Also go to www.textz.com (I'll never be able to thank Jand
enough for posting this url some time ago) and there you'll
find a shitload of texts/ books in Ascii, completely
downloadable for free and there are some of his articles
too...

whole textz thing . :) .. saw baudrillard and thought ->

suspect some of it will be covered in my 20th century french
philosophy paper.

yeah .. i can't be bothered changing toms mug .. call me
boring, but i guess it sort of provides some association ..
or whatever?

cool. thanks mate.

But surely, Simon and Garfunkel were gay? At least for fun?
Weren't they? I mean that music had to be made by someone
who knew how to appreciate something thick up their arse,
right?

so rather sharp wittedly I have to add, I imitate them with
a camp voice. Watch out comrades, my humour is razor sharp.
