o oh, I think that means she will slow down or quit her
musical career...

I'm not very happy with the idea of the g.hits...it sounds
like things pop-stars must do for their fans and for
business...
i think she was forced to do that

She 's gonna slow down.
She anounced that she won't be touring for a while. :(

But I like the greatest hits idea.
Especialy when there's new material on it.

she'as got a record coming out with a remix by ensemble who
were on rephlex y'know?
i reckon she's great - she's got awesome taste in music and
is very talented - Bogdan raczynski was meant to have done
something with her but it never saw the light of day ...

She will never quit music for good, how could she? She is
the Incarnation of artistic personality...

i think you're right - a baby wil only alter her output
artistically i think

I agree with Riccardo 100%...I LOVE Bjork and ALL her work,
but a "Greatest Hits" album would just NOT be right...Kinda
against all what Bjorks put out....No top 40 BS(unless
transformed by commercial companys and/or Radio)
and she has stayed pretty much TRUE to an artform she has
ENDLESS capabilities of expressing....

Either way, That gurl rockz my WORLD.....

And and I wish the news of our 2nd child wasnt out
already...=)...lol

i am so happy for Bjork....and i hope she has a wee-girl. i
think it will spur her on musically.....i mean babies bring
a whole different perspective to someone's life, i look
forward to what she comes out with. perhaps some lullibyes??
=0)

lord knows what i would do if i was bjork's child and she
was singing lullibyes for me.

(i think that's why i love beautiful boy by john lennon so
much)

Elisabet Frazer did that with Cocteau Twins and the album
"Four Calendar Café"; Ten songs adressed to her daugther...
That must be very, very special and its a good album too.
Recommended!

bjork said in a recent interview that she'll ALWAYS be doing
music, and that people like her (i forget the context of the
interview, it wasn't an offhand comment it was one of the
main focuses of the interview... check bjork.com for it)
don't even really peak until age 60 or something. so it
looks like we've got a lot more bjork coming, even if it
does take 4 years between albums now (sigh).

bjork is tops.
