I don't know anything about this label apart from they
tried to get Tom Jenkinson at the beginning....why are the
never mentioned here? Any good artists?

Cheers

as far as I've understood they're very small.. one man
operating out of a basement or something. warp says
something about them in their news section at warpmart.

but they did release some sp stuff.. all the burningn'n'tree
tracks are spymania releases.

think he released something as the duke of herringay too.

here it is: (cutnpaste from warpmart news)

SPYMANIA: Tiny but brilliant label run by Barry that has put
out some classic releases by the likes of Squarepusher, MDK,
and Jamie Lidell to name but a few... Look out for the
forthcoming Cassetteboy Album, a definite cutup comedy
classic.

alroy road is in harringay where tom lived when he did alroy
road tracks - just in case that sounded completley
irrelevant :)

maybe it's possible to draw a dot to dot of his tracks from
the areas and roads he lived in - maybe it forms a picture
of his face like the windowlicker cd - got to included a
journey to reedham in there somewhere ...:)
