60bpm X 4
4-4 X 4

= 240bpm with 16-16 ...erhmm...thats how i would do it

yeah, 120BPM (or multiples like 240) is a good one to go for
as it gives you 2 beats per second...or 1 Bar (4 Beats at
4/4) gives you 2 seconds...

So 30 Bars at 120BPM gives you 1 minute exactly...

Dude, you should tell them to fuck off. Raga can not be one
minute long. That's not a fucking raga then. Raga needs
fucking time to develop. It needs to be affiliated to a
specific time of day, to a specific season etc. What they
want you to do is ridiculous. Drop out, be a bum!!

chers guys!
meho i think the tutor that gave us this task was being
gentle on the nonmusical students in my class!
he gave us a scale and told us to make an indian style tune
from the raga notes?
lets just say im th only enthusiastic student on the course
with any type of hardware (or interest in music)

Uh, what kind of class is that anyway? i'm guessing it
hasn't much to do with music, but lots to do with computer/
math?
