I found a decent speech progie at download.com
search for willowtalk. Some of the voices sound like the one in rewind.

ive just got the willow package the voices sound extra freeky through my sp808 and it can be midi controlled too so i can make the voices sing along with my sequencers! thanks again people! has any one tried the free police scanner services for samples??
