Just so you know first, its that track on drukqs with the
screaming etc.

Anyway, everyone was saying one of the noises on it was a
stick being dragged along a fence, but its not, I recognise
the sound instantly from my childhood!

In Kelloggs Frosties (and Monster Munch) back in the day
when you didn't have to send off for things, they used to
put in these plastic like beads that you could snap onto the
spokes of your bike. When you cycled it made that exact same
noises of them clicking around!

we used to stick Kelloggs playing cards in our wheels too.
the card would be hit by the spokes, making ur bike sound
like a motorbike! hehh, it was really cool!

Gwarek 2 is the sound of those Come to pappy girls running
around their school attacking shit - think about it, the
railing noises (or the bike thing.. kids ride bikes), the
screaming clasmates, the screaming rats (school lab rats),
basketball (the sports hall) THIS IS MY THEORY..... ANYONE
AGREE?

the first time i heard that track, the screaming instantly
reminded me of the movie 'the blair witch project' and gave
me a fucking good scare and so i marked the track on a piece
of paper so i would remember not to listen to it again..

i'm over it now though, fortunately

That clicking sound always makes me picture some terrible
torture device.

The first time I heard the screams I was convinced it was a
snuff track.

Gwarek 2 is one of the only tracks I don't really enjoy
listeing to off Drukqs because it reminds me so much of
Silence of the Lambs.
