What is the album which you thing flows the best from start
to finish? That is, the tracks are in the perfect order,
and from start to finish, it all just seems to work
perfectly.

My vote goes to Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon

Most Pink Floyd albums flow nicely, but yeah, The Wall is
very good... the one that really comes to my mind though is,
yes yes of course, Passion!!! :)

...hmmmmm Pink Floyd without Syd Barret is nothing.

best flowing album....hmmm...if it wasn´t for some cheesy
songs, i´d go with SAW 85, but since it does sound cheesy
sometimes, i´d say Tri Repetae++, u-Ziq´s Lunatic
Harness....all the Tosca lp´s....Lamb´s self
titled.....i´ll try to think of other ones.

yes to:

pink floyd - dark side of the moon
pink floyd - wish you were here
radiohead - ok computer
stone temple pilots - tiny music
peter gabriel - passion
autechre - confield
boards of canada - a beautiful place...
trans am - futureworld

and many others. yes a flowing album is always a great
thing... aphex seems to have a bit of trouble with this but
he's more a song artist.

blah, blah, blah, i went to see Waters last month...he
looked up to Barret as the true genius he was......he played
"shine on you crazy diamond" as a tribute to him, Syd´s
face was all over the place....the standout of the whole
recital by the way.......so....shutup funkmasta!

I don't care what Water's thinks... I personally think the
Water's era Floyd was the best... 1970 to 1979... so shutup
corn_mouth!

Animals is barely a Pink Floyd album to me, and The Wall and
The Final Cut are not Pink Floyd albums. They are Roger
Waters albums with Pink Floyd as a backing band.

I prefer the earlier albums.

Godspeed you black emporor always has a decent flow
throughout all their albums. Which is great, you know, for
those days where you want to commit suicide and don't want
to bother skipping tracks.

Radiohead, Kid A... I guess. But I've NEVER heard an album
in my life that there wasn't a track I wanted to skip over.

OK Computer is perfect except the AWFUL Electioneering. SOOO
close...

electioneering is weird like that. sometimes i love it and
sometimes i hate it. i can't explain it. usually when i
listen to it on headphones before bed, that's the song that
wakes me up from half slumber

Revolver is pretty close... but I actually kind of like
Doctor Robert. It's Good Day Sunshine that I always want to
skip! But I like the song... but it just isn't up to par
with the rest.

Now, Electioneering... that piece of garbage can rot in
hell. :-)

I usually skip Doctor Robert and repeat tomorrow never knows
about ten times each listen :)

Did you ever hear early live versions of electioneering?
They were lots better than the version that made it through
the studio :(

Dark Side of the Moon is pretty amazing, but I despise the
female choruses and the saxophones... I find them cringe
worthy.
