boxrocket from here i am on 2001-07-06 07:05 [#00012644]

was anyone else here into them back in the day?

m M m M m on 2001-07-06 07:14 [#00012646]

Heavens no! That's wimp stuff.
I have to go feed my dog now, his name is Rocksteady. I'll
just open the dog food with this, uh, Shredder... SHREDDER
WHERE! I'll kick some tail! Oh, I mean can opener. I'm
hungry too. I think I'll have some pizza, just what every
turtle, I mean human love... to, um, eat.
"Leonardo leads, Donatello doooos machines" *mutant ninja
turtles* Raphael is cool but rude, Michaelangelo is a party
dude! *teenage mutant ninja turtles teenage mutant ninja
turtles* When the evil shredder attacks, these turtle dudes
don't cut him no slack!" Yeah... *ahem*, uh... sorry.

|REFLEX| from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on 2001-07-06 08:07 [#00012655]

I thought the turtles were kinda cool.. yeah. for sure.

leftrightronic on 2001-07-06 10:21 [#00012685]

cream my little boy pants

april was hot, for a reporter and ninja turtle fuckwhore
that is

Wizard MaC from Grijpskerke on 2001-07-06 10:21 [#00012686]

yes

dingle berry from on a small plastic chair breathing fire on 2001-07-06 11:46 [#00012704]

the old game boy version was quite "jiggy"

Scary Bear on 2001-07-06 15:50 [#00012833]

I had all the figures and the rubber, pencil and pencil
case. Timmy Patel broke my Ninja Turtle Lunchbox. In the
extremely unlikely event he is reading I have this to say

I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU, YOU WANKER

Scary Bear on 2001-07-06 15:52 [#00012834]

Donatello was by far the best tho. Followed closely by
Michael Angelo.

Chimp Systems from Millwangle on 2001-07-06 15:53 [#00012836]

Timmy Patel? What a fucking mad name.

Chrispy from the UK Plains of Noise on 2001-07-06 15:55 [#00012837]

If my Christian name was Timothy, I'd never call myself
Timmy...

Chilled from up in yo ass with the resurrection! on 2001-07-06 16:55 [#00012866]

who wasnt into TMNT back in the day? Mikey would be my
favorite..."scarfin" pizza, "cowabunga dude!",etc. I
remember that the technodrome fuckin kicked ass with that
huge eye on the front.

SWAI from Denmark on 2001-07-06 16:58 [#00012869]

I was into them. and i´m still into them. only the old
shit! its based on this ultra violent fucked up cartoon,
wich was really creepy! this is true! evil mutant
turtles....

dingle berry from on a small plastic chair breathing fire on 2001-07-06 17:03 [#00012874]

timmy pattell pale rider, on the old bottle bags!

project_green on 2001-07-06 20:12 [#00012899]

you guys haven't heard? action director john woo (mission
impossible 2, face/off) is getting a 40 to 60 million dollar
budget to make a computer animated full length teenage
mutant ninja turtles movie. he said it will return to the
darker comic book style. nice.

SWAI from Denmark on 2001-07-07 12:37 [#00012996]

Yep... heard, and looking forward

japes from London on 2001-07-07 13:28 [#00013001]

Oi, Boxrocket. Are you neil formerly of no114 on waferbaby?

Just that your name is Rocketbox inverted (Alex of
Technicolor's handle) and you're talking about TMNT.

I could be hella wrong though.

M m M m on 2001-07-08 06:54 [#00013114]

I liked that "TMNT arcade" game too, it absorbed many a
quarter from my piggy bank. But then it came onto NES (or
was it genesis?), and instead of dwindling my supply of
money slowly and gradually, it took one chunk of 50$ all at
once. Those movies were cool as well. Both of them, even
though they had to limit the violence be making the turtles
with bladed weapons never seem to kill anyone. And the mad
lyrical terrorist that did the music was great too.

"heroes in a half shell! They're on a mission.
When there's a battle, got the enemy wishin'
That they stayed at HOME, instead of fighting
THESE ninja masters, with moves like lightening!
They were once normal, but now they're mutants
Splinters the teacher so they are the students
Leonardo, Michalangelo,
and Donatello
Make up the team with one other fello- Raphael
He's the leader of the group (dumb ass raper doesn't even
know that Leonardo is the leader... just because the movie
was mostly starring Raphael...)
tranformed by the (something) "mononuclear" gloop
Pizza's the food that's sure
to please
These ninjas are into pepperoni and cheese!

I know this all by heart. That and the humpty dance... Now
that was a cool song. The lyrics made fun of himself, like
beck's "Loser".

Dave k from Canada on 2001-07-08 08:00 [#00013133]

Hell yes!
aww man i had all of the ninja turtels shit!
and the games and movies were pritty good too
i wish i still had my ninja turlels stuff.

boxrocket on 2001-07-08 08:15 [#00013137]

japes....nope, that's not me. the name "boxrocket" just
popped into my head one day and i thought it sounded good,
so i kept it. i'm a bit disappointed that someone else
already had the handle "rocketbox" because boxrocket is what
i'm wanting to use once i get my comp and start making
recordings of my music. i thought i had a good original dj
name going man, this sucks now. :(

btw, i too wish i still had my tmnt shit. leonardo was my
favorite, with mikey following right behind.

Springymajig from New Zealand (www.mp3.com/aureus) on 2001-07-08 09:52 [#00013150]

I was into Transformers and Robotech more than anything, I
still buy transformers. But Ninja Turtles were alright. They
looked cool. And the bad guys too.

|REFLEX| from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on 2001-07-08 09:53 [#00013151]

Optimus Prime! Damn.. that show was sweet. I don't like the
newer animal shit of them. The old trucks were fucking sweet
as all hell. Seriously. And Remeber ASTRO-BOY? he was sweet.

Moses on 2001-07-08 12:13 [#00013166]

The mighty Optimus Prime, Megatron and their fellow
Transformers would piss all over the lame Turtles. No
contest. It has been decreed from On High.......

M m M m on 2001-07-08 20:26 [#00013216]

Oh yeah! The name optimus prime was so far in my unconcious,
I barely remembered it. Didn't a bunch of other
transformers, like 5, make up his whole body? That action
figure was the best ever created.

Do you remember Inhumanoids? Mandril, Tendril, and that
skeleton dude?

|REFLEX| from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on 2001-07-08 21:45 [#00013221]

YES I DO REMEMBER.
