My friends/my music

Whenever I play stuff on my radio (Squrepusher, Aphex etc)
my friends all refuse point blank to listen to it and insist
that I turn it off. Is this typical, or do all my friends
have shit taste in music?

No. The same thing happened to me yesterday.
I was working with my mate (selfequiv) in the school café.
We put on the noisiest afx and squarepusher we could find
including (equation),my fucking sound, CTD(mummy mix) and so
on.. we scared people off and had a laugh..

Yeah, I just did. Erm, for some reason it wouldn't let me
change it before. Anyway, I'm sure Uruguay is a nice
place...

I think it's typical, most people don't like this type of
music. Maybe it's us who have "a weird taste in music"....
Most people are used to music with singing in it so maybe
you can make the transition easier by playing some Björk or
Radiohead or some other "crossover" band.
