just received this present from my girlfriend,...the
"notorious" Abtronic machine.

For those of U that don't have tel-sel,.it's a belt that
delivers small shocks wich stimulate the muscles,.and I must
say it bloody works!

I can defenitely feel my abs crunching like a
'muthafucker',..cool easy workout method,....I can cut &
paste my samples in Wavelab while getting a thorough
workout!

I must warn you plug, as I am a personal trainer, and you
are a friend, be careful! While it is exercising your
muscle through electric shock, the same principal they use
to reabilitate hospital patience, it is shocking your
muscles. Use in strict moderation, as it can lead to muscle
degeneration, and will not build muslce, it is only capable
of working on the tone of your muscle. You can't be doing
weighted crunches.

a personal trainer,.hu? Whoa,.so U have to train all these
rich American ladies? And give them some thorough advice how
to bend and stuff,.......cool!

off course not my whole training consists of using "shock
therapy",..i try to get rid of those irritating love
handles, as I want to look Rico Suave when I'm on vacation
to Spain this summer.

I think it'll help,...'cause I'm feeling it,..
Thnx for your concern

A friend got one of those from his mom, and he says it
works, although he forgot to wear it for like a month so hes
got to start all over agian.

It does work in the sense that it tones your muscles, but if
you want to look "Rico Suave" for the summer, you also need
to build the SIZE of your abs, not just the tone. This can
be done by using anything for your abs that involves WEIGHT
not just crunches, such as weighted crunches, weighted
reverse crunches etc., doing equal amount of toning,
building, and running will ensure that Rico Suave look my
friend

i'm thinkin'about buying some more, and become like ,wrapped
in 20 of those belts ,like a 'crazed-psycho-spastic- mummy'
, and then after a month of intense shocking evolve in:

a "super plugexpert" with unlimmited powerlevel.

this off course only obtainable with enough batteries

Plugexpert - that would be funny, they should just make a

So U lost the documentation U'd got with it,..hmm,..some
searching on the internet would do ,..probably.

But the holes/dents/cracks in your body are still visible? I
wouldn't waste time on it,..contact a doctor as fast as
posible,..I suggest U to make evidence/pictures of it.

Sue the basterds!

Good luck

Don't get me wrong as a teenager I absorbed US culture like
a sponge,..I love things that have come out of rebellion
against the established order,..but lookin'from here on
neutral grounds ,on the way your country is
run,....phew,..people need to be shot in your government.

but that's another topic

We are so organized, it scares me. And nothing exciting ever
happens in America. Holland Sounds cool, been to Russia, my
uncle lives there, DEFINATELY not the place I want to be,
some midgets with no teeth tried to rob me.

Cost for citizenship(?),...U mean like average cost a month
to survive here ?

Well I can't give U the downlow on what steps U must take to
become a citizen here,..or how this should be
applicated,..but uhm If you're serious about migrating from
the US ,U could try to inform about this with the Dutch
Embassy (<-?)

Russia ,..yeah,...cold cool used-to-be-commi
country,....capatalism has kicked in hard over there,.I
guess people are learning gradually how to survive in a
profit-driven society.

especially midgets with no teeth

there?

Holland is a very small country,..I live in the east-side of
the country,.close to ze germans.

Economy growth is slowing down at the moment ,but is still
very good compared to the other European countries.
U'll have no problems finding any job over here,..and in
case U won't find any, there's a sufficient welfare system
to help U out.

And U could always go out bad boy style and help me with my
cutting/paste biznis;-),...

cutting ganja that is

vacation over there and see if i like it..., and if i do
then i'd stay...i'd also have to save up a bit for a
computer (i'd die if i didn't have a comp)...i can use a
vacation...badly...

I agree, my brother found 6 suitable jobs in 2 days.
Companies are really desperate for employees here. Now he's
in the USA(his GF lives there) and hasn't found anything in
2 months....

Cutting ganja is actually fucked up work,..your hands get
all sticky,..and after a days work U literally smell like
shit.

Actual cutting doesn't pay that good either,..but the
selling makes up for that.

Oh,..when on vacation to Holland,...visit Amsterdam in the
Summer,..the rest of the year is like non-stop raining
season.

Zombie: a reverse crunch is performed with your back flush
against the ground, and you raise your pelvis towards the
ceiling while you legs are straight up (forming a 90 degree
angle), another good one to throw in there is have someone
stand on your toes while your do situps but as you coming
down from the sit up (back heading towards the ground) have
your partner toss a medicine ball into your hands while you
keep your hands raised above your head......they're killer

Whats the time-difference,.over here it's:

10:56 in the morning,..

lovehandles,.they're the worse to get rid off,..laying on

progression is noticed.

inlay warns about placing the belt around your neck or
mouth. Apparently It stops U from breathing,........

hmmmmmm,...can't wait to test this
