I find it funny that it reads -3 -2 etc.

For me the piano tracks suck. They don't add balance or
stimulate.

I'm happy richard had fun making them but it's not something
I like, if I want to hear moving/interesting piano pieces
I'll check Satie, Debussy or Ravel.

Well i thought i should tell you my friends theory. His
theory is the track titles are mixed up and the first song
is realy nanou 2 because if you listen the orginal nanou off
window licker it is the same melody kinda.. just a thought.
i really like all the piano tracks there are my favorite
part actually the reason I actually bought the album was
for the first song .. its just so beatiful...

that first track is gorgeous, definitely one of my faves.
avril 14th is very pretty but quite a bummer so I only
listen to it when I'm super bummed.
track 3 / Kladfvgbung Micshk is great tribal/formal shit
going on and jeez...a lot of these are really good - they
make drukQs seem timeless and not just another electronic
record from the late 20th / early 21st century. I think it's
great how the album manages to keep its flow even though it
has the beat box noodlings interlaced with the piano /
acoustic percussion instrument tracks and the ambience.
bbydhonchord's still my favourite track from the album,
though. tracks like that I think are the perfect balance of
all of the types of sound Aphex has excelled at over the
years.

i would say kesson dalef sounded more akin to satie than to
chopin definately - in fact, i don't really see any chopin
in it at all!! :)

Love the avatar, malowe...where did you get the pic?..

..And as for the drukqs piano trax...mix those fuckers with
some beats; the tempo's are consistant thru out (so much for
them not being programmed..) so they are perfect for mixing
shit with...

Wow I didn't realize I actually liked the piano tracks so
much. It just would have been much better to release them
all together as one minialbum instead of between the other
chaotic tracks. Oh well. I'll have to make a CD-R then.

Aphex on The Old Joanna! He'll be scoffing jellied eels
next.

He should spend some more time in Cornwall, London isn't
good for the poor lad.

scanned it in at three different stages of completion and i
