i am a collector; i know they are popular in Germany - i was
wondering if there were any more fans out there...

yes, I used to read them. I read some the older ones and
some of the ones that must have been written in the 80's. I
also read the hardy boys too. ahh...simple reading.
sometimes I miss those days. wait, i think I'm having a
flash...my favorite one was the mystery of the green ghost.
