Ever since I got into 'IDM' Ive been less concerned with
compilation cds...or even mixes. Before I would buy all
these *shudder* trance mixes and stuff and enjoy their
variety. Has anyone else noticed themselves going away from
compilation cds or are you unaffected? Maybe it's just me?

With me, I'm more concerned with finding the artist's full
albums.

YES! YES! YES!!!

It's exactly me!! I used to just get compilations! I'd think
'stupid people buying albums, the artists probably only have
a few good tracks. Albums are a waste of money, compilations
however just have all the best stuff'. Silly me! Now my CD
collection is filled with all these compilations!

After I got ICBYD I started buying more albums and now I
only buy albums. Now I think I want all an artist can offer
not only the 'great' ones the CD companys tell us are hits
and slap them on compilations.

Albums 4 Ever! lol

I buy Reagy and Dub compilations.
I's a good way to discover the good music.
