HAd well travelled vhs copies as the originals when I was a
kid, but I watched all the Lucas re-edits a single time only
I think.

I kinda liked the prequels in high school but haven't
watched them since I was in my early 20s.

And the disney-wars... I watched Force Awakens in the
theater with the family over the holidays, stifling yawns
throughout. The next x-mas or 2 years later whatever, Last
Jedi, I refused to see it and we went to "The Arrival"
instead, which was "a good movie."

I haven't watched a Star War since. Not Jedi, Acolyte, Rogue
1, Han Solo, Whatever That One is With Baby Yoda, and
whatever that one everyone likes, Andor I guess? I think I'm
missing a couple, but I didn't watch those either. And I
didn't watch Clone Wars.

Star Wars is basically a pillaged franchise.

These proper OG remasters might bring me back for the first
time in 20 years but I'm still a Star Trek boy all the way.

The guys who think Star Wars is better than Star Trek spent
their evening dusting off Funko Pops

My interest ends after 1983 so thats why I'm interested in
these transfers.

Andor IS good. Everything else you can easily ignore.

Yeah I've been told that by several friends now, so perhaps
they are correct!

It's maybe a personal quirk

but I feel I like to de-canonize all the new progressive
karen terribly written stuff or none at all. Either Star
Wars ended after the original three movies (that's how I'm
rolling), or it extends into Last Jedi, Acolyte and by even
if good it suffers by extension-- Andor. I just have to
delete it like it never happened.

Terminator ended after 2 movies.
Ghostbusters ended after 2 movies.
Indiana Jones, 3.
And Star Trek ended without a single piece of shit episode
made by Alex Kurtzman. This is by far the worst one.

That's exactly how it is for me, I don't know when the
inability to make good stuff came into effect but judging by
that it was sometime after 1991
