how's everyone holding up these days health and money
wise?

seems like we are in that age now, where people have their
crisis. and friends are fading away

i just wish my parents would take better care of themselves.
i'm still a bit too young to be worrying about that, i
think

Thanks for asking. I don’t work anymore and live on what
is (in my country) minimal income. Health issues have been a
real blow to the soul. I spend most days telling myself to
be happy. I don’t think I’m likeable and feel different.
Probably huge mummy issues.

I feel pretty good about the world ending soon enough to
make all our worries about jobs and pension funds
irrelevant. Every day i think about either bombs, decline of
freedom, political radicalism, economic depression, drones
and do my best letting go of what could have been a
political and socioeconomic change towards a future of
equality and prosperity we used to march for.
today and yesterday i had a margarita to stay awake and
celebrate my 46th birthday. Every week i go skate the pain
away on 8 wheels until its going to be too cold in the hall.
Im glad i ticked off all surgery i needed to get done before
the collapse of civilization or health care. Got bit by a
dog this summer and i have minor but rising hassle with the
dole and mental health, while working less than 16 hours per
week. Yup that pretty much sums it up.
stable marriage with hardly any sex. Love my wife, cuddle
time. Bye.

happy belated birthday, mate

its gloomy, students these days have to pay at least 500
euros rent. I could have never afforded that. im so glad, im
not in my early 20s anymore.

and how would that ever turn around? there would need to be
an insane change

call me naive, but I believe it might happen. just don't
know, how and when. maybe when we are all dead. cause
everything changes so slowly. even though the 80s look
ancient to me today

you talking about the dole and mental health. there was a
time, where I was afraid I could loose everything. then I
lost all money. I actually had minus money :D but I still
had friends and a couch to sleep on. and you also have a
wifey friend.

these days im not so afraid anymore about most things. I
just want to stay healthy. dang, I need to visit a dentist
soon...

I quite like life at the moment. Im enjoying watching the
Left implode. I hope I live to see a war with Iran. That's
my main motivation.

thanks man,
personally i had a much lower low 20 years ago too,
we share the experience of getting out of that,
but the world was stable here back then.
now unless total destruction strikes,
which still is not the most likely thing to happen,
but a bit too likely for my liking, crikey!
well, lets leave out that part there is always a tomorrow
being with a loving wife is immeasurable.
im being a bit fatalistic, i just feel,
our world will deterioate heavily for the next 20 years at
least
and that it will get a lot worse before it may get better
again,
history rhyming.
i have to adapt and may have to let go of many things,
we just had found for us.
like a decent safe place to live, with balcony and garden.

check out your dentist if you have trouble,
i have been avoiding to wake a sleeping dog.
havent been for more than 5 years while having no issues for

the longest time in my life ever and take good care.
thinking about extra insurance though, kronen (you know when
they put something on top) are about getting past their
expected expiration date and implants or other options may
be upcoming over the next decade.

there is something seriously wrong with you if feeding of
the suffering of others is all you´ve got.

No, not at all. I’m asking in this a new version of that?
If it makes, I condone this thread and what it stands for.
