btw, afair "home made polysynth" refers to a particular technique that string synths do: {{{ String synths use a "divide-down" or top octave generator (TOG) system to create octaves, which starts with high-frequency oscillators and then uses dividers to generate lower frequencies for each note. there's a bit on Boxing day (on same rec as that) where you can hear a bit of feed back like it's being being reamped - 3:43 the acid and other bits on those tracks to me have this weird sound like they are inside a metal box you noticed the cables going between the top and lower floor windows of his bank on old googlestreetview pics? |
