Helping my mom pack to move, most of her cups are boxed up.

I had left here a little set of Star Trek glasses, one with
Kirk, another with Spock, and one with Bones.

I decided to use the Spock for a glass of milk (yes I drink
milk.)

Last night my mom put it in the dishwasher. Today Spock was
missing entirely, just a blank glass. He didn't make it on
the away mission (transporter accident?)

She's going to Portland, OR. She's only 75 and doing fine
still! She's lived on this property most of her entire life
so it'll be a big change for her though. And she has a
FUCKTON of stuff to move. Today I put on a backbrace and
hauled about 40 heavy binders full of research shit for her
herbal medicine papers she wrote.

She likes aphex but never liked druqks when I showed it to
her back in the day, too fast and manly. She likes autechre.
She thinks my music is better than aphex and autechre but
that's cuz she's just a mum.

I personally live in fresno, 3 hours south of the bay, and
am just here helpin.

She's moving because my grandma died, we had two houses on
this property, one my grandparents, the other hers. Packed
up my grandma's house last week and this week doin my mam's.
I have some shit to get out in that little shack I shared a
pic of too, but I'm gonna need a Uhaul. That's next week.

great films like the goonies and short circuit

yeah I quite like Portland, great food. Bit hipster for me,
but the rainy weather hits my scottish roots and it's a cool
city.

Gonna have to haul some stuff up there soon. And I might buy
tickets today for the 2nd Seattle Autechre show in Oct, as
that's a 3 hour drive north of portland (done it a couple
times now)

Yeah these hipster places they seem to be unaware of their
uniform 'individuality' to paraphrase Nathan Barely, looks
like a lovely part of the world.

Everyone's got so many quirks and unique things that make
them a true individual, but if all you outwardly display is
like a fedora and one of those curly mustaches that goes off
of your face, you've entered a zone of unapproachability,
for me anyway.

tbh I also feel that way about anyone still wearing a mask
in public. Maybe they wear it to BE unapproachable. Or to
find the girl also wearing a mask across the room, kindred
spirits etc.

it was the last time me and the crew got a pic

hyperflake rate my approachability (I'm in black)

I'd say you can come up and give me a little kiss

a action movie does when they approach the bad guy with the
hostage

he's far from a perfect doppelganger, but hiring a celebrity
to play hyperflake i'd go with a young Joshua Jackson, star
of the decent sci fi series Fringe.

I'd be your sidekick as Chris Farley, if he was still alive.

In most cases, semen stains on carpet should come out
easily, but it’s best to act fast and clean the stain
before it dries.

Sponge the affected area with a cool solution of
water and a suitable detergent.

Repeat using plain water to remove any detergent,
then blot with dry paper towels to remove as much moisture
as possible.

Leave to dry naturally. If any powdery, dry matter remains,
use a soft brush to remove it and vacuum the area
thoroughly.

Apparently Indian men are like they are because of their
dairy heavy diet. Too much estrogen, apparently.
