okay so i pretty much made all of this on an mpc. composition, arrangement, sequencing, samples, playback, etc; i "upgraded" from my old 2000xl to a less-old 1000 with different operating system and had to remap some muscle memory, so i did everything in one box. - 1 midi track for external synth - 1 midi track for a filter sweep - bunch of tracks for samples, one shots, fills, ear candy, etc. enter song mode, press play, record through mixer into digital mixer and then convert to wav file. |

like the beat and the breathy stuff melody has a rough launch in it's isolation but smooths about a bit when more harmony is added. some of the punchy stuff in the background of the melody is quite loud throughout and sounds very out of key, but what's a key I guess. Those are rules you can break, sometimes. |
