What do you eat? Would you say your diet is varied?

also i run. one of the harder things about running longer
distances is planning your food around it. for me at least.
(ofc there's also the physical limits, but that's more of a
given)

Vegan? respect..I'm a vegetarian but afraid of the step
towards vegan. Love my eggs, cheese and yoghurt

well, for me

also:
"Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to
exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms
of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food,
clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes
the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the
benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary
terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all
products derived wholly or partly from animals."

i try to steer vegan but i'm not strict. non-dairy "cheeze"
can be pretty vile. only works where it's replacing the
already plastic-y american cheese

best to just give up the idea of cheese

not your milk, as they say. (NSFL info, sorry: baby cows are
taken away from their mothers, right away, so we can get the
milk. the mother cow is very sad from this for several days.
it's inhumane. there's also humanely made milk, though,
where they don't do that. but yeah.)

diets totally depend on your DNA, how the stuff u eat
effects u
ppl compare themselves to their family and the people they
gravitate too (which is a weird thing - u gravitate towards
ppl with similar/complemntary DNA, smell factor) so everyone
ends up thinking this or that diet works for everyone -
couldn't be further from the truth, no one size fits all

for me, if i don't eat carbs for three or four days i turn
into a raging lunatic, no drugs needed
