This was great man, genuinely.

You really achieve a real consistency using such disparate
samples. I've certainly made the note before, but a lot of
bits I just wish were full 6 minute tracks, you certainly
have the skills to add enough variation to do that. But
yeah, everyone's got their own style and yours is a bit of a
cock tease ;p.

Your sample "hunting" (selection) is really second to none.
I only really recognized one sample-- something autechre in
the 7 minute plane. Maybe Etechegon S or something from
exai, I've heard it for sure but couldn't immediately place
it.

Favorite bits were around 12:15 (and the HA-WOOO that comes
in 12:35)

And especially everything you have going on at 22:40. Any
chance you'd be willing to spill the beans on what those
samples are? The psychedelic synth and the bassline in
particular.

I'll offer a lone criticism (well, aside from that I wish
some bits were longer). A couple of the spoken vocal samples
were repeated, when I think they'd have more unique value
done only one time. Chalk that up to taste though. It's hard
to offer notes on something so cleanly executed.

Great stuff man.

thanks for the detailed reply man! any skill at sample
hunting comes from that 3 hour mix that nearly killed me,
one loop is hard to get perfect but getting them all to play
nice is half the battle/fun so i'm glad that comes through

22:40 is a shameless rip from this but i've done a
few re-edits, all the drums are added from elsewhere etc

it's really as much a dj mix as a solo album proper but i'd
be lost putting a tracklist for most of it, there's hundreds
of snippets
