with stuff like tanzmusik I can't adequately describing it
but the way the melodies are and the way it interacts with
the other melodies is actually the best form of music

Kraftwerk is a really odd name for the musical style of the
band.
Never really thought about it until today in the car.
It has a nive ring to it though and is easy to pronounce in
other tongues.
I wonder what the discussions were on finding the name, back
then.

Yeah in english it reminds me of playing with craft paper
and stuff you did in playschool which really fits with
something like Tanz musik

their melodies are so warm and lovely, i always thought that
was the point of juxtaposing it against the robotic
personas...

love to hear/read about their influence on 1980s US electro
stuff too eg. NYC stuff eg. people breakin to KW tunes, but
can't really think of anything definite to link to
