What i played on youtive sounds the same to me really.:]
What i read is that it was possible to make longer/slower
pressings due to old tapes used, but would it really be
differrent if i pitch corrected my vinyls or used
paulstretch?

I need a good listen, the cat chewed my headphones though!
It sounds really good, if its appreciably better than the
original release I'm not sure. I suppose whats good is that
the best possible version is here now fall all time

For sure, if you want a copy, its nice to have the best
quality possible snd the slow versions are a treat for djs
and listeners alike. I got all excited though thinking
there's distintively different songs.^^

On direct comparison the stereo sound / panning / spacing is
noticeably better in the new release. Didnt notice it just
playing the new versions though.

yes its my own fault for being so cavalier leaving it on the
desk, knowing the ginger one likes dangly objects

I love that its being treated as an important thing that it
needs reissuing it gives me hope that there is alot more
coming in the pipeline

I have to clarify any of my opinions by saying I'm terribly
terribly biased, Richard could probably release a record of
him farting into a biscuit tin for half an hour and I'd
still buy it

I played it out on my phone whilst on the bus and it sounded
the same, if not tinnier. I asked the other people on the
bus what they thought but they were all recent arrivals from
Africa on their way to work at some warehouse and were
playing out their own auto-tuned, mumbled refugee rap.

well two of the original tracks had a pan to the left on my
headphones, that was not there on the new vinyl, when i
previewed original and new on a vendors site.

actually i found out about the new release, you guessed it,
not on this website but,
while googling for the date of a protest against germans
nazi party.
read the news yesterday. there was a headline about the nazi
party having their main meeting in my neighbour town essen.
now the fair in essen canceled their contract, because the
nazi party refused to sign a consent againts uttering any
kind of nazi paroles during the meeting, if broken having to
pay 500.000 €. So, naturally i was interested in marching
the streets against the nazi party on that day. I knew there
was going to be some kind of protest, but didnt know when.
The news was so clever not to mention the date. Then i found
a link to groove magazine titled "bass gegen hass", bass
against hate. Music trucks and more than 10.000 people are
to be expected partying in protest.
Underneath there were all kind of new releases from djs all
over the world and aphex twins digeridoo cr7e release.
good company id say, though i hardly listen to mumbling
autotune tracks.

The Islamist 5th Column in your midst celebrates you
crusties dancing against faux Nazis to a remastered
"Digeridoo" streamed from YouTube. Maybe if RDJ passes his
version of Hot Butter through his old cassette player then
the fall of the West will be put off by 3 weeks.

Mass immigrations have happened throughout history, nowt we
can do about it so its probably not worth spending the back
half of your life worrying about stuff you can't change just
enjoy yourself I say

I reserve the right not to be happy about Islamism. Who
provokes a war and then immediately calls for a ceasefire?
You wouldn't mind if one of the cunts had the wit to at
least say sorry.

Look its fine, just don't slag off digeridoo reissue or i'll
have to call you a tart.

I reserve the right to mock someone listening to the
Digeridoo reissue via YouTube at a crusties' rave.

And I'm sorry that that will upset some people.

I can't argue with that, but i reserve the right to call
your a tart or a pillow biter or possibly a big girl's
blouse on a future occasion, if your behaviour warrants the
deployment of such insults

As far as I'm concerned this is two releases: The Beau
Thomas remaster, nice to have, and the CR7E remaster. The
latter is the standout for me, rather than including the
'slow version' of Didgeridoo, a slow version of Isoprophlex
is included that really works. So for me it's simple, 1st
track of side C, flip, 1st track of side D. Perfect.

i wasn't that fussed on the slow versions to begin with
because it seemed rather arbitrary, but it puts you in a
different headspace after a bit though.... i wonder how he
chose the playback speed
