well... sigur rós is from iceland and consists of four young musicians and they have released two albums: "von" & "agætis byrjun" and a remix album "von brigði" + some eps. i think they are currently working on new material. the whole "agætis byrjun" album is quite excellent. it was first released already in 1999 but after a group called radiohead boosted them recently they became a worldwide success. check out: www.sigur-ros.com www.sigur-ros.co.uk |

yeh :) go to the icelandic airwaves festival.. so u can see those guys live.. i´ve already seen them.. the concert was really great! i would say.. even better then the björk concert in my town :D |

I have been listening to 'Vidrar vel til loftarasa' for days!!! You also have to see that video(all their videos actually) ....so beautiful!!! But sigur ros is more than 1 song. Ageatis byrjun was exellent and so is their other work. |
